EBAY Item Of The Week...

Now, I get all my clothes from EBAY. I’ll be real on that one. Actually, you should too. It’s better than shopping in stores and much more affordable. Just be careful buying sneakers there because you might get burned like Moss did the Giants secondary this past weekend. Sheeesh!

If you had any worries about buying on ebay, all my clothes are authentic. Whether Banana, Theory, Varvatos, etc. No fakes potna, except for these damn Nike AF1 Black Albums I copped from some cat from the Lupe side of Chicago four years ago. I kind of had a feeling they were fake, but whatever. I copped them and then saw this dude put like 50 other of the same pairs for auction. SMH. Plus, they took like 3 months to arrive while he was making them I suppose in his basement. In addition, only Jay’s nephews got those pairs. Should’ve known from the jump right?

But, I don’t make mistakes like that anymore. No siree. My feedback isn’t in the 1,000’s, but it’s good. And you only purchase from people who got good feedback. Read it closely. Don’t be buying stuff because someone has perfect feedback, because people on ebay can buy feedback if you never knew. Anyways, to the gist of this blog.

I’m one of these dressed up cats. “Oh you one of these Kanye dressing dudes.” Na dog. Kanye wears a lot of urban ish. I’m not really on that. If you consider that guido tuxedo dressing up, get your closet re-examined.

So…I’m not the dunk wearing, Supreme fitted, skinny jeans (why you wear skinny jeans below your ass is a ridiculous concept), Champion hoody brothers. “I’m Not You” as Pusha and Malice would say. Nothing against it. I’m Dominican so that shit got beaten into my hood from a young age to dress “fitted” so to speak.

So every week, El Ranchero will hit you with an EBAY item of the week. I’ll try to tailor my pick so it can cross the tracks of my type of estilo to Fabulous or Lupe style.

So I’m hitting you with an item that can cross both tracks.

This is one of the illest jackets I seen in years. Look at the detail. I got so much beige shit, I’m looking at the black because it’s so crack. Batman type shit. Shouts to J.T.W. on this one. This is some Bellevue, straight-jacket, Japanese man, walk down Soho with a Gucci bag with nothing in it type stunt jacket. Dior Homme influenced. I stress “influenced.” It’s not a Dior jacket but is inspired by it. A great piece of work. A jacket like this in any store in my city, boutique in Miami, or anything on Rodeo Drive will cost you close to a G or more. Why pay that on our budget? Wait out the auction or do the 79.99 and make heads turn like they turn in my hood Washington Heights with all the round behinds out here.

I’m not making myself an authority on style or anything. I’m not an icon or anything. I’m just the best dressed man north of 96^th street that’s all. But you got to be blind not to feel this one. All I know is if you live in NY, please don’t show up to the same spot as me with this shit on. Let’s treat it like the Golden Globes and Oscars. You wear it one day, I wear it another.

I just ordered mines last week. Once I receive mines in the mail and if it matches description, I’ll tell you guys to go ahead and cop if you want to wait for my feedback on this.
